Dolmeh ingredient:meat,rice, tomatoe,beans,salt and pepper First,boil rice and beans perfectly.Then coock the meat.next,mix the meat,rice and beans.after that add the salt,pepper and each spices that you like.finally put them in tomatoes and put in microwave.
