| kukuingredients : for 6 person. 1. four or five eggs. - 2. six potatoes. - 3.spice. first of all boil six potatoes for 30 min., after that rind potatoes , bevel it , next add four eggs to it , then rile them until they mix together well . finally add spece and when mix it with eggs and potatoes , cook it on the pan. | DATE ROLL
date 500g
walnut 100g
canola oil 3 spoone
flour 3 spoone
coconut powder enough
fisrt take cores of dates and massage the dates after that flatten the date on naylon in a platter
then taft to flour a ittle and add the oil , after 2 mins pick it on heat and put it on date
next roll the date and keep it for 2 hours in freezer
finally cut the roll to 2cm pices and design it whit coconut powder
